Application principle of tail gas absorption tower
利用气体混合物在液体吸收剂中溶解度的不同,使易溶的组分溶于吸收剂中,并与其他组分分离的过程称为吸收。操作时,从塔***喷淋的液体吸收剂与由塔底上升的气体混合物在塔中各层填料或塔盘上密切接触,以便进行吸收。伴有化学反应的吸收叫化学吸收。按吸收时气液作用方式吸收塔可分为表面式、膜式、喷淋式和鼓泡式等。
Absorption is the process of making the soluble components dissolve in the absorbent by using the different solubility of the gas mixture in the liquid absorbent and separating them from other components. During operation, the liquid absorbent sprayed from the top of the tower and the gas mixture rising from the bottom of the tower are in close contact with each layer of packing or tray in the tower for absorption. Absorption with chemical reaction is called chemical absorption. The absorption tower can be divided into surface type, membrane type, spray type and bubble type according to the gas-liquid interaction mode during absorption.

塔内气液两相的流动方式可以逆流也可并流。通常采用逆流操作,净化塔以塔***加入自上而下流动,与从下向上流动的气体接触,吸收了吸收质的液体从塔底排出,净化后的气体从塔***排出。
